Heinrich Wurdak, the owner, traveled Europe in his youth to refine his culinary skills until he moved to the United States in 1971. He then worked at countless spots on the East Coast before settling in Minnesota and opening up Michael’s in 1994. He has the help of Randy Meyer, the Head Chef for 10 years.
Henrich makes it his mission to give customers a good experience in his restaurant - from creating authentic Austrian dishes to showcasing top notch hospitality in a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant has a lunch buffet, happy hours, many Gluten-free options, a dinner menu to rival the finest restaurants around, and bar menu with wines, beers, and more.
